If any item is not to your satisfaction, simply contact us by email, within 30 days from receipt of your item, to arrange a return of the product for a full refund or replacement.

Item / items returned must be in the condition it / they was / were sent out and should not have been mis-used or damaged.
Australian customers, please send items back using the eParcel return postage label that we will supply you.
International Customers, please contact us for return arrangements.
Returns and refunds after 30 days are at the sole discretion of Sirius Amplification.
Sirius Amplification reserves the right to refuse returns where the reason for return is beyond the control of Sirius Amplification (such as a customer changing their mind about their purchase).
Sirius Amplification will not accept returns which have been partly assembled or damaged.
