All Sirius Amplification custom amplifiers are covered with a Lifetime Warranty.
Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:
- Faulty Tubes
- Failed Transformers resulting from Improper Operation
- Damages resulting from Intentional Misuse and Treatment
- Change of Ownership
Build to Order
Sirius Amplification are custom built to order, building time can take up to 7-8 weeks.
A 50% Deposit is required prior to starting on any build you have engaged us to build for you.
Building time is approximative and will not be accepted as order cancellation reason.
Returns and Cancellation
Should the product be defective upon collection, you should notify immediately to organize a return. Return expenses will be covered in case of defect covered by warranty. However if it is working fine, you will have to pay for the return, and shipment back to you.
Sirius Amplification are custom built upon request, and thus cannot benefit from a retraction period. All sales are final, all deposit are non refundable.
Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain property of Sirius Amplification until full payment of the purchase price.
